Once More
Let’s Explore Faith
- January 26, 2026
If you had told me a year ago – even half a year ago – that I would have started to read the Bible and would be reconnecting with my childhood church, I would have laughed out loud.
Coming from a Catholic family, we attended church every weekend. We were even involved quite a bit, with me being an altar server, lector, and member of the pastoral council. Then I lost contact – with the rites, the faith, and lastly with the church. It was a longer process, not painful – it just happened.
Now, I am walking the other way, and it is far more complicated and hard to walk. I can tell you how it came about. A lot of small things happened, and one thing led to another. But I often wonder why. Why did I lose contact with my faith? But also, why am I now reconsidering? But that is the beauty of life. As long as you live, you can explore, learn, reconsider, and change what you do.
Let’s explore faith once more.
